Tasting Notes
This wine has a slightly floral nose with a very distinct aroma of vanilla from the time it spent in oak barrels. On the palate it has a round mouth feel with flavours of cherry and a sweet oak finish.Food Pairing: This wine would pair well with a lamb or beef dish.
Production Notes
100% of the fruit used was grown in the HCE vineyards.This wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged for five months in medium toasted French oak barrels.
