Dea's Cuvée Sparkling White Wine and our Special Limited Reserve Edition of Sassy Cuvée. Part of the proceeds going to Epilepsy Canada. Our Premium Sparkling Wine was produced using Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes grown 100% on our property in Hillier, Ontario.

This crisp, refreshing and fruity wine compliments a wide range of foods and occasions.

Dea's Cuvée is a Fruity Sparkling Wine. It has a nice balance between acidity and sweetness. A smell of ripened peaches and apricots. Perfect for any holiday occasion.

Casa Dea - 2008 CD Bianco

$11.95  12% 750mL VQA Ontario

A white blend of Pinot Gris and Chardonnay. This very lightly oaked wine has aromas of peaches and apricots as well as floral notes on the nose. On the palate, you will find a medium bodied wine with tropical and stone fruit flavours, along with a hint of oak.

It will match very well with grilled chicken or roasted pork loin.

Casa Dea - 2009 Chardonnay

Pale straw colour wine; with a fresh expressiveness that reveals a nose of white peaches, apricots and white flowers. The palate has the essence of stone fruit and hazelnut flavours and is nicely framed by firm acidity and minerality. This wine was 100% fermented in stainless steel tanks with several months of aging on the lees.

Will pair nicely with Rosemary Roasted Pork Tenderloin of Smoked Salmon

Casa Dea - 2008 Riesling

This dry, zippy Riesling is a good representation of what the minerality of the county soil lends to our wines. The lemon zest "pops" your pallet, allowing the underlying hints of the tropics to follow.

A truly zesty Riesling, which pairs well with grilled salmon or chicken.

Casa Dea - 2009 Pinot Gris

This wine is a blend of our two vineyards in Prince Edward County.  This wine just screams summer! Aroma's of Peaches, Apricots and White Flowers are persistant on the nose. The palate starts of with a nice Citrus and Lime zest and carries through to Minerality and Peaches on the palate to a persistant finish.

This Pinot Gris pairs very well with Thai Spring Rolls or Sesame Ginger Pork Tenderloin.

Casa Dea - 2009 Cabernet Franc Rosé

Harvested entirely from our Cold Creek Farm in Prince Edward County.
This light pink coloured wine shows strawberry, summer fruits and has a hint of perfume on it. It has a nice balance between the acidity and the minerality with flavours of Strawberry, Nectarines and Pomello on the Palate.

This wine would pair well with Grilled Shrimp, Smoked Salmon or a light afternoon Lunch

Casa Dea - 2007 Pinot Noir

Our 100% estate-grown grapes were aged for 15 months in French Oak barrels. Medium-bodied wine with aromas of black cherries, raspberries, cigar box and herbs. This Pinot Noir has a smooth juicy palate.

Matches well with mushroom risotto or roast duck.

Casa Dea - 2008 Cabernet Franc

Our 2008 Cabernet Franc reflects the terrior of Prince Edward County. This wine is medium-bodied, lightly oaked with notes of raspberries, red currents and violets on the nose. The red fruit carries on to the palate as well as notes of cocoa and spice.

Matches well with prime rib and beef bourguignon.

Casa Dea - 2008 CD ROSSO

This friend and family friendly red blend of country-grown grapes creates a light bodied wine. The taste of summer berries and plums are followed with an earthiness on the nose and palate that gives this wine good character.

This versatile wine will pair well with pizza, pasta or BBQ sausage... or just a nice, light "sipping" wine. ENJOY!

Casa Dea - 2008 Reserve Cabernet Franc

Our 2008 Cabernet Franc Reserve is medium-bodied with a rich garnet colour. Ripe Cherries, Raspberries on the nose. Red fruit can be found on the palate as well as spice notes.The wine has a rich mouth feel and firm smooth tannins in its finish.
