Hillier Creek - Vidal Icewine 2007

 

Tasting Notes

This wine has a very sweet fruity nose with aromas of apricot and honey.
Serve 1-2 oz chilled between 5-7 degrees Celsius.

Food Pairing: This sweet dessert wine is amazing served over vanilla ice cream or apple pie.

The juice was sourced from Niagara on the Lake.
This wine was fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks
