This estate wine has a bright red fruit nose with hints of cigar box from 11 months in French oak. An elegant wine that is smooth and supple on the palate with a sweet core and a lively sour cherry finish.

Pairs beautifully with duck breast or grilled salmon served with dried fruit compote.
