2007 Trumpour’s Mill Cabernet Merlot VQA ON

Soft tannins and warm red fruit make this wine a good choice for pastas with meat and red sauces, mild game meats and veal dishes. 

Winemakers tasting notes include a black cherry nose with hints of red pepper with soft oak and vanilla flavours well integrated in a  sexy mouth feel, a wine with good length and pleasant warmth.
