Extended lees contact gives this pale straw estate wine an interesting complexity with a lively fruit nose including melon, peach and apple notes. The palate has apple notes and defined minerality with a long refreshingly crisp and lingering finish. 

The complex flavours in this wine make it ideal for sipping or serving with pasta in a cream sauce or grilled whitefish.
