Bright and Bouncy. A youthful magenta with a tint of purple.  The nose exudes aromas of black cherry, raspberry, tobacco leaf, white pepper and earth accompanied by expressive floral notes. Light to medium-bodied and poised to please, our `08 merlot offers a flavourful palate of recurring cherry, plum, violet and spice on a moderately tannic chassis. Served at 15 C., it is splendid bistro fare.  Un Oaked
