Hillier Creek - Riesling 2008

 
Tasting Notes
This wine has fruity aromas of melon and a crisp refreshing mouth feel reminiscent of biting into a ripe green apple.
Food Pairing: This is a great first course wine. It would pair well with Caesar salad or with anything that has a little acidity. Other great pairings could include light fish dishes.

Production Notes

The fruit was sourced from Niagara on the Lake. All of the processing and wine making took place at HCE.
This wine was aged and fermented in stainless steel tanks.
VQA certified.
