Tasting Notes

A creamy yet elegant structure with aromas of vanilla and cooked pear. It is best served chilled at 10 C.
Food Pairing: This wine would pair well with a mushroom alfredo pasta or served as an aperitif with a creamy brie cheese.

Aged for six months in French and Prince Edward County oak barrels. VQA Certified. Production: 150 cases
