This is first ever vintage of sparkling wine produced by The Grange of PE. Made using an equal blend of estate grown chardonnay and pinot noir grapes and using traditional vinification methods has an amazing concentration of tiny bubbles which give this wine an amazing mouthfeel.
The nose has notes of granny smith apple, pear, brioche, elderflower and a fresh minerality that is distinctive on the palette along with citrus notes making this wine well rounded and smooth with a very long grapefruit finish. Reminiscent of a fine old world sparkler this wine was just made for celebrations!
Try it with seafood especially oysters.
