Black Prince - Hillier Pinot Noir 2004

 

Hillier Pinot Noir 2004 -  $15.75/bottle  750ml

Harvested at 21 brix, it was fermented with native yeast with no chaptalization and keeps getting better.

Serve with: Cedar Plank Salmon, Roasted Lamb & Duck
